Taste Track opened on Apr 02, 2015 just outside of Test Track <ref> http://www.wdwmagic.com/dining/taste-track/news/02apr2015-photos---taste-track-brings-gourmet-grilled-cheese-sandwiches-to-epcot.htm </ref> When the dining location originally opened, the menu focused on specialty grilled cheese sandwiches <ref> https://disneyparks.disney.go.com/blog/2015/06/taste-track-now-open-at-epcot-at-walt-disney-world-resort/ </ref>. In June 2016, Test Track closed to the public <ref> http://www.orlandoparksnews.com/2016/07/taste-track-to-reopen-on-july-3-at.html </ref>. The food stand reopened however on July 3 with an all new ice cream based menu <ref> http://blog.touringplans.com/2016/07/03/taste-track-at-epcot-reopens-with-new-menu-offerings/ </ref>
On October 1, 2019, Taste Track was closed and replaced with "The Donut Box" stand <ref>https://www.disneyfoodblog.com/2019/10/01/full-review-the-donut-box-booth-is-now-open-at-the-2019-epcot-food-and-wine-festival/ </ref>. True to its name, this new quick service stand sold primarily corn fritters and doughnuts.
On February 16, 2020, Taste Track Burgers and Fries opened as a temporary replacement for the closed [[Electric Umbrella]]. The quick service stand is expected to remain open until a replacement for the Electric Umbrella has been completed <ref> https://www.disneyfoodblog.com/2020/02/10/spotted-taste-track-burgers-and-fries-booth-in-epcot/</ref>.
