Attraction Description and History
Although eventually a part of the Storybook Circus section of the 2012 Fantasyland Expansion, when the plans for the expansion were initially made public, a Casey Jr. attraction was not present. Instead, the area that Casey Jr. Splash 'N' Soak would eventually be constructed on was to be used for Pixie Hollow (a Tinkerbell and friends meet and greet location) [1]. As plans for the Fantasyland Expansion continued to develop however, Pixie Hollow was removed and Storybook Circus was doubled in area.
