Katsura Grill is a counter service restaurant in the [[Japan]] pavilion within [[Epcot]].
==History==
The restaurant that is today currently known as Katsura Grill originally opened on October 1, 1982 as Yakitori House <ref name= "D23"> https://d23.com/a-to-z/yakitori-house/ </ref>. Located within a Japanese Garden, Yakitori House was namaed named after a chicken dish originally served in the restaurant <ref name= "D23"/> but later removed <ref name= "Jack">http://land.allears.net/blogs/jackspence/2011/12/katsura_grill.html </ref>. The Yakitori House closed in 2011 and underwent extensive refurbishments <ref> http://www.wdwmagic.com/dining/yakitori-house/news/19oct2011-photos---yakitori-house-refurbishment-update-at-epcot's-japan-pavilion.htm </ref>. During these rennovationsrenovations, the interior of the restaurant was given new furniture, lighting, and more modern look <ref name= "Jack"/>. When the dining location reopened on December 7, 2011, it was renamed Katsura GirllGrill, although much of the old menu remained <ref> http://www.wdwmagic.com/dining/yakitori-house/news/06dec2011-former-yakitori-house-reopens-tomorrow-as-katsura-grill-at-epcot's-japan-pavilion.htm </ref>. Since the its name change, Katsura Grill has not seen any major changes.
