==Resturant Restaurant History==
Pecos Bill Cafe is a counter service restaurant in Frontierland. The restaurant stretches from the Country Bear Jamboree all the way around into Adventureland. Pecos Bills is themed to look like an old western saloon on the Frontierland side, and a more exotic Mexican themed restaurant on the Adventureland side.
What is today known as Pecos Bill Tall Tale Inn and Cafe opened as Pecos Bill Cafe with the park in 1971. It was located at the corner of Adventureland and Frontierland next to another resturantrestaurant, the Mile Long Bar. In 1998, the Mile Long Bar and the Pecos Bill Cafe were combined into one restaurant and became the Pecos Bill Tall Tale Inn and Cafe. The Pecos Bill Tall Tale Inn and Cafe featured more seating then it's predecessor and now stretched from the exit of the Country Bear Jamboree all the way to (what is now) the Tortuga Tavern in Adventureland.
Pecos Bill Tall Tale Inn and Cafe has become famous among Disney enthusiasts for its topping bar. Unlike other counter service restaurants the topping bar at Pecos Bills features mushrooms, onions, and even cheese sauce.
