This was the scene of a battle between the Rocketeer and Neville Sinclair.**Farther down, on the left wall, guests can see there is a rocket pack that was used in the film <ref> https://allears.net/2013/11/18/jims-attic-where-in-the-world-is-the-rocketeer/</ref>. **To the rightof the jet pack, a prop copy of the Los Angeles Examiner newspaper reads "Who is the Rocketeer?".
