In addition to the aforementioned Toy Story Mania, Imagineer Kathy Mangum announced that two new attractions would fill out the land. The first the Slinky Dog Dash, a family roller coaster. The second announced attraction was the Alien Swirling Saucers attraction, a spinning attraction similar to Manyard's Junkyard Jamboree in Disneyland.
When Disney released new concept art for Toy Story Land in April of 2016, there were some notable differences. Some of the more elaborate scenes on the Slinky Dog Dash had been cut. After a series of "soft openings" Toy Story Land officially opened to guests on June 30, 2018 <ref> https://disneyparks.disney.go.com/blog/2018/06/toy-story-land-officially-opens-today-at-disneys-hollywood-studios/ </ref>. In addition to the land's three main attractions- Slinky Dog Dash, Alien Swirling Saucers and Toy Story Mania, Toy Story Land also houses Woody's Lunch Box, a quick service restaurant which features Mini Babybel products.
