Tutto Italia Ristorante is a table service restaurant located in the Italy pavilion within Epcot.
History
Tutto Italia Ristorante opened on September 1, 2007, replacing Italy's original table service restaurant L’Originale Alfredo di Roma Ristorante . The new restaurant came about as a result in of an ownership operator change in Italy's signature restaurant. Original owner operator Alfredo the Original of Rome Inc. was replaced with the Patina Restaurant Group . The reason for Memo Emec, Disney's regional manager of operating participants, stated that the decision to change management was made in ownership order to modernize the eatery . Another reason however, may have been due to the fact that Alfredo the Original of Rome Inc. had been tasked with creating a second dining location for the Italy pavilion in as early as 1983 . By 2008 however, the second restaurant had still not been built. At this time, the Patina Restaurant Group agreed to take over L’Originale Alfredo di Roma Ristorante, under a new name. Furthermore, Patina also agreed to build the second dining location that Disney had been requesting for Italy since the early 1980s . After the change in ownership, L'Originale Alfredo di Roma Ristorante became Tutto Italia Ristorante .
