L'Artisan des Glaces Les Halles Boulangerie & Patisserie originally opened on May 30October 1, 2013 1982 as simply Boulangerie Patisserie <ref> https://d23.com/a-to-z/lartisanboulangerie-des-glacespatisserie/ </ref>. The ice cream parlor is located in Many of the former location delicious creations served in Boulangerie Patisserie were created by famed chef Gaston Lenôtre (who also was one of the three chefs who founded [[Boulangerie PatisserieLes Chefs de France]] <ref> http://land.allears.net/blogs/jackspence/2011/09/france_pavilion_part_two.html </ref>. Les Halles Boulangerie & Patisserie remained essentially unchanged until 2012, when the bakery closed for expansion.
