La Hacienda de San Ángel is a table service restaurant located in the Mexico pavilion.
History
The land that La Hacienda de San Ángel was eventually built on, was originally occupied by La Cantina de San Ángel. In 2010, La Cantina de San Ángel closed for refurbishment, and its original building was demolished. In its place, a new facility was constructed, which was divided into two restaurants [1]. One half of the building continued to be occupied by La Cantina de San Ángel, while the other half housed a new counter service restaurant, La Hacienda de San Ángel. Following its offical opening on September 16, 2010, a new counter service restaurant, La Hacienda de San Ángel, opened to guests on the shore of World Showcase Lagoon[2]. Since opening, La Hacienda de San Ángel has not seen any major changes.
