Habitat Habit! Is a short educational walking trail that teaches guests how they can help in animal conservation. While walking on the trail, guests can read about ecosystems, endangered animals, and even the habitats that they have in their own back yard. The main attraction of Habitat Habit! is the rare Cotton-top Tamarins which can be found there. These South American primates (which way about one pound) are critically endangered.
Habitat Habit! opened along with the rest of Disney's Animal Kingdom on April 22, 1998. The trail is located between Conservation Station and the Wildlife Express Train. Since it's opening, no major changes have occurred.
