Regal Eagle Smokehouse: Craft Drafts and Barbecue is a counter service restaurant in the American Adventure (Pavilion) at Epcot.
Restaurant History
The Regal Eagle Smokehouse was originally announced on June 17, 2019, as a replacement for the American Adventure pavilion's Liberty Inn [1]. At this time, the attraction was described as:
{{Quotation} "A modern barbecue smokehouse, with all the accompanying sights, sounds, smells and flavors you love – including a large smoker preparing fine food every day right on the pavilion’s promenade. There will also be a redesigned patio."[1]}}
As part of the restaurants redesign, the Regal Eagle Smokehouse was given an outdoor bar and expanded exterior seating, as well as a remodeled dining room[1].
On January 3, 2020, Disney announced that the the Regal Eagle Smokehouse would be named after the Muppet's Sam the Eagle an given a Muppet theme Cite error: Closing</ref> missing for <ref> tag. True to its name, the restaurant serves classic American BBQ dishes from all over the country.
