History The restaurant that is today known as Tokyo Dining originally opened as Tempura Kiku on October 1, 1982 . Located on the second floor of the Hall of Ceremonies, Tempura Kiku did not see any major changes until October 15, 2007 , when the restaurant became Tokyo Dining. Since the name change, the restaurant has not seen any significant changes.
